Misery is a boon

For you have been given the privilege of serving Christ, not only by believing in him, but also by suffering for him. ( Phil: 1:29)

Those who believe in Jesus are specially separated for God. The worldly troubles would never be stopped after we  are saved by Christ .The Bible says a child of God must pass through lot of pains and sufferings and  therefore a believer has troubles. One of the best examples for that can be (Essa: 38:3) Hezekiah prayed to God ‘ Remember LORD, that I have served you faithfully and loyally, and that I have always tried to do what to you wanted me to’ and he began to cry bitterly.

As the scripture says, there are some spiritual gifts given by God,  and trouble is  also gift, which is a grace of God. When a trouble comes never be upset but rejoice. John 16:33 says the world will make you suffer. But be brave; God spoken to us as he knows that we really go through troubles and pains. When it comes sudden we might be tired and may lose our confidence. We might be upset when people those we trust turn away their face from us. So God spoken to us early through scriptures that  believe in him and trust in God, especially during difficulties by holding his hands and asking his help by seeking his ways.    Never turn away from God because when a trouble comes  many people often forget the promises of God and their promise with God and take  their own ways. Here is one example from Peters life’ Jesus said to Peter ‘ I will tell you that before the Cock crows to night you will say three times that you do not know me’. Peter answered’ I will never say that, even if I have to die with you’ and all the other disciples said the same thing. (Mathew 26:34-35) we know later what happened with Peter therefore we should believe in God. When   everything, be it health or wealth is good with us then we tend to praise God. Any worldly man could also do this but God calls us to be with him always despite changes in our lives.  If we had ever faced a situation when we totally forget God’s power, love and his gift as Peter did then we have to confess with God like Peter because he cried bitterly when he remembered Jesus words. Consequently God forgave to him. Hence those who are staying with God or really tasted Gods love Who taste God really tasted God’s love would  not be afraid of any hard situations.

There are different types of troubles. It could be any diseases, financial problems or a death, If we want to be overcome all these situation then you have to find out God, how good the LORD is Psalms 34:8.  Here is an example from Jobs life. Job was a rich person, he hasd everything but all of a sudden he lost all. But he never complained God, he said God given, and he taken back. He didn’t complain in spite of every thing he suffered. He holds his faith in LORD Job 2:3, even we can see Peter, Jacob and John they neither complained about God. 1 Peter 4:1 said ‘Since Christ suffered physically, you too must strengthen yourself with the same way of thinking that he had, because who ever suffers physically is no longer involved with sin’.

A believer who does the will of God  has no reason to be afraid  of when  he  passes through a bitter stage of life. It happened not because of your fault. God allows, you have to overcome it and prove yourself as a child of God. (1 Peter 2:12-15). we are safe in God’s hand, always remember that we should never allow troubles to separate us from God instead we have to  strengthen our spiritual life with God. God may help you to overcome all situations.
                                God is Holy ..Bless You.
